The right skills, in the right seats, doing the work that genuinely needs human judgment.
I’m Brannon Stacy, Vice President of Sales, North America at Alloyed. I help operations, CX and shared-services leaders fuse people, process and technology into something that actually works on the floor, not just on the slide.
Thirty minutes, no deck. If Alloyed isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you.

What we do
Most transformation programs fail because they force a tool, a team or a process onto work it was never designed for. Alloyed starts with the work itself, then orchestrates the right mix of people, process and technology around it.
The right skills, in the right seats, doing the work that genuinely needs human judgment.
Workflows redesigned around outcomes — not around the limits of legacy systems or headcount models.
AI, automation and orchestration applied where they remove friction, measured on results rather than hype.
How it works
A 30-minute call to understand where work is slow, expensive or inconsistent.
We break the process down, identify what should be automated, augmented or handled by people, and size the impact.
Alloyed designs and deploys the fit-for-purpose blend and stands it up alongside your team.
Measure, tune and expand across functions, sites or geographies.
Why talk to me
I’ve spent my career on the operations side of the table — leading North American sales for BPO and customer-experience organizations, and sitting with the leaders who own the queues, the SLAs and the budgets. I know what it looks like when a “transformation” is really just outsourced tasks with a new logo on top, and I know what it takes for one to hold up at scale.
That’s why I joined Alloyed. Most CX and operations contracts were built for a world where work was predictable. It isn’t anymore. My job is to help you build an operating model that’s designed for the work you actually have — and to be honest with you when Alloyed isn’t the right fit.

“Stop outsourcing tasks. Start orchestrating outcomes.”
Results
Every engagement is measured against your own baseline, captured before anything changes. These are the three numbers we hold ourselves to.
How long work takes end to end, before and after orchestration.
Fully-loaded cost per transaction, contact or case.
How quickly a mapped process is running in production.
Client figures and references are shared on the first call — with the source and the math behind them, for operations comparable to yours.
